Cooking Method: 

·       Place a pan on medium flame.

·       Add a spoon of desi ghee.

·       Add whole spices and approx. 100ml of water.

·       Add Kabuli Chana (Garbanzo) with dehydrated vegetables; cook until tender.

·       Add approx. 300ml of water in the saucepan.

·       Add the entire content of the Rice Pack (2 servings); cook until the rice is cooked.

·       Empty the seasoning pack given with the meal kit; stir.

·       If required, add more water until the rice is fully cooked without reducing the flame.

·       Add 1 tbsp of oil/ghee and stir for 2 minutes, making sure it does not stick.

Serving Suggestions:    

Garnish with freshly chopped coriander
