· Pour the contents of the pack in a bowl and add 1 tbsp of Khadyot Brand Ghee/Oil.
· Add water and make dough and rest for 10 minutes.
· Make Cutlet from dough and deep/air fry in medium and then lower flame till golden brown and relish with sauce or green chutney. You can cover the cutlet with breadcrumbs for crispness.
